Tracheomalacia

Had an appt with the ENT this morning and little miss Emmalee has been diagnosed with Tracheomalacia (https://emedicine.medscape.com/article/426003-overview) It is something she was born with. You may have noticed she has a barky cough. We have noticed her gasping for air, coughing, etc. they stuck a scope down her nose today. There could be an obstruction, a cyst or collapse of her trachea. She is scheduled for a diagnostic procedure next Tuesday morning. She will be put under and may need to stay over night. They will most likely be putting in a balloon or stent. If there is a cyst, they will remove it at a later surgery date.

Emmalee's Blessing Day

Emmalee was held in a circle and received a blessing today at church. Patrick said the sweetest prayer. She was surrounded by friends and family members who mean so much to us. She is such a blessing and touches the hearts of many. She is so precious! Thank you to everyone who attended and for those who could not attend but sent their love. We felt your prayers and feel so lucky to have such amazing people in our lives.

Emmalee's Well Child Check

Emmalee had her 4 month Well child check today. She is 12 lbs (13th percentile) 23 inches (17th percentile.)

New Table and Chairs

We got this table and chairs on Facebook marketplace for free. The chair cushions were awful! Aside from being horribly stained, they were uncomfortable and didn’t have any butt support. We were able to pull the chairs apart and replace the seat with new plywood and stapled new fabric on. We love how it turned out. All in all, the project took about 5 hours from start to finish.

Pretrushka

Caralynn got to go see her cousin Brooke Dance in the Portland Ballet production of Petrushka. She loved it so much. 

Anderson is 9 Years Old

9 years ago RIGHT NOW we met this little big boy and he changed our lives forever!!!! His kind heart amazing spirit fills our hearts with so much joy and love! He is such a powerhouse and we are so blessed! Best big brother EVER! We love you Anderman!!!
