 We had a fun evening at the Washington County Fair. It’s always a treat to be able to touch and talk to all the animals. The atmosphere can’t be beat!

 From the moment I found out I was pregnant (which seemed unfathomable after our devasting loss just 7 weeks prior), I knew you were a miracle. How you miraculously came to be is still a mystery. Carrying you and bringing you into this crazy world was challenging and there were moments of uncertainty and doubt surrounding your arrival. Your birth changed us all forever. Your kind, calm and gentle spirit has been a blessing in our lives. Our hearts have been healed, refreshed and renewed. Your short life has not been easy. There have been many bumps and challenges on the way. There are many more to come and we have no doubt you will meet all these challenges with grace, cheerfulness and unimaginable strength. We are so blessed and privileged to be along for the ride to witness your precious victories. Happy Birthday Emmalee Grace! You are loved and cherished every minute of every day! You are going to do incredible things!
