Quarantine Cut

 I have been trying to get Wicket scheduled for a grooming appointment for months. The wait list is ridiculous! He also has HORRIBLE anxiety so my sister in law convinced me to get clippers and do it myself. It was actually cheaper than a professional. I watched a YouTube video on how to groom a shih-tzu and got to work. 2 hours later, here he is. He had horrible armpit, hind leg and ear mats making it impossible to do a “teddy bear cut” on him. I am extremely pleased with how it turned out and he was calm and happy the entire time. Success! It’s not perfect but it’s good enough for this mama during quarantine.

Fun with Moxley's

 We went over to hang with the Moxley crew and have dinner. The kiddos swam. Emmalee got all cuddly with Kaleb. Caralynn and Bear were hilarious. Caralynn loves big dogs.

Oscar

 Meet Oscar:) He is a fancy black hooded rat and Tobias picked him out at Critter Cabana today. They are so happy together. They have been Snuggling, wrestling and cleaning each other constantly. It’s adorable! We had a fun few hours snuggling puppies but one in particular stole our hearts. This wire haired cutie was a chihuahua terrier and she was so sweet. We couldn’t get enough of her. We loved the baby bearded dragons too:)

Father's Day

Happy Father's Day Patrick!!! You were born to fulfill this calling and are the most amazing dad to ever walk this planet. Fatherhood comes so naturally for you and you exceed expectations in all areas. You take care of us so perfectly and love us unconditionally. Thank you for the spirit and authority you bring to our home. Your love for everyone and everything melts my heart. Thank you for your unwavering faith in me and your example.

Reptile Zone

 the Reptile Zone in Bend was a blast! We spent hours there and gained a new family member in the process:)

Anderson picked out and bought his Crested Gecko and named him “Bruni.” We love visiting this shop and the owner, Jeff and employees are wonderful. We were able to hold and snuggle whatever we want (non venomous) and watch as they feed their pets. We watched a cobra strike, kill and eat a rat.
