Double Ear Infection

 Emmalee had a checkup today to go over test results and to discuss further support. She has a double ear infection. She is getting a full panel blood draw and work up tomorrow at the children’s hospital as well as a referral for a tonsillectomy. We got the results back of our genetic testing and found out that the mutation on her DPF2 Gene causing Coffin Siris Syndrome is something she got from me. They are running more extensive tests to figure out which disorder Emmalee has for further information. Emmalee is incredibly resilient and such a precious little bug. We love her goofy smile and her snuggly nature. For now, we will hope that another round of Amoxicillin will heal her ear infections.

Alec and Kait's Wedding

We had such a great night with family at Alec and Katie’s “Desert Disco” wedding celebration in Idaho. Delicious food, beautiful decorations, great music, dancing and so many laughs, unforgettable and memorable moments together. Congratulations to the happy Couple!

Early Riser/family time

This little poop stain woke up at 1am and was ready to party. I was up with her trying to get her back to sleep until Patrick decided it was time to let me sleep. He took her out at 6am to roam the halls and get Krispy Kreme. Brought her back around 7:30 and she passed out. She slept for 3 hours and is now awake again and ready for the day. Pray for us today.

Boise Zoo

 We spent a few hours at the Boise Zoo. Lots of cool animals we had never seen in person before. The kids had fun and the animals were out on exhibit and active.
