Pediatric Feeding Disorder

Making slow and steady progress with feeding therapy. Children with pediatric feeding disorders are tricky to navigate. Did you know that PFD effects more than 1 in 37 children under the age of 5 in the United States each year. For these infants and children, every bite of food can be painful, scary, or impossible, potentially impeding nutrition, development, growth, and overall well-being. Emmalee has a wonderful team of specialists who have supported us through these trials. With their help, we have been able to avoid needing more invasive nutrition methods. We are so proud of Emmalee and how far she has come. We know we are on the right track:)

New AFO's

 Emmalee got fitted for new orthotics today. She chose unicorn and donuts print with purple straps:)

Bend

Fun Weekend in Bend with Gavin and Reid! We visited Drake Park and played at the Harmon Playground. We grabbed McDonald’s on the way home. Such a beautiful day!

April Fools

Came home late last night to discover that some cheeky nana and Papa pulled an April fool’s day prank on us. GOOGLY EYES EVERYWHERE!!!! No doubt we will be finding them for weeks!
