She’s out of surgery. It went well. The doctor said that there was some gelatinous goo around her eardrum which kept the infection in and didn’t allow for drainage. 🤷🏻♀️. He got it cleared out and cleaned. Placed tubes in both ears and we will be back for post op to see how things are going. Please pray that her ear will properly drain this time with the tubes and that the gunk will not build up or return.
We are home eating jell-o and watching our favorite movies. Resting up and getting prepared for family time this weekend. She is doing awesome!
Caralynn bounced back beautifully this afternoon following her surgery. Her left ear is still really bothering her and itchy. We put the drops in and cleaned the outer ear. There is quite a bit of discharge which is a good sign. She spent the evening happily playing with her cousins:) She is our little warrior princess.
