24 hr overnight EEG went well. Emmalee had several “Staring Spells” throughout the day and evening. None of them registered as a seizure. Hallelujah!!! The Dr. Called this morning and gave us the good news that we could go home and that she didn’t have any seizure activity throughout the night. She explained that Emmalee’s Hypotonia is the cause of these “spells” and that when she gets a bit older, we can pursue vision therapy to help strengthen her eye muscles. We are so happy and grateful for all the Drs., Nurses and staff at the hospital.
