Bend

We surprised Gavin and arrived in Bend on Tuesday and decided to stay for 4 nights to get our snuggles in. Gavin and Reid have my heart and I just love this family so much! The kids have been having an absolute blast! They love each other and get along amazingly. The weather has been flawless and we are loving this time together! Thanks Brandi and Jerrad Adams for letting us crash and love on your kiddos!! Michelle has been coming over as well and it has been so much fun! Laughing until we pee or cry, whichever comes first. 🤣 Our hearts needed this so much!

Redmond

Been in Redmond 5 minutes and Anderson already has a lizard he wants to bring home! Oh dear! NO ANDERSON!!

3 mile walk in the Redmond Canyon with my sister Marnae:) We saw lots of lizards, a mama deer with twin babies and we found painted rocks.

Visiting Grandma Gummy Bear:) My Marie is so special to me. Preparing to say “see you later.” is a very hard but necessary evil. I will soak up these last few weeks with her and cherish every moment! We love her with all our hearts. She has made me a better person. Her love for me has been unwavering and pure. So blessed to have this week to visit and love on her. Today’s visit was wonderful. I curled up on her lap and cried ugly tears into her neck. “Don’t be sad, this will be a celebration. I’ve loved life and lived with no regrets.” Her words touched me deeply as I cried and told her that I have so much more life to live and don’t want to be without her. She told me to “keep on loving my babies. It makes her so happy and she will always be with me.” I will carry her in my heart and our memories will live on forever!

Fun at Sam Johnson Park. Such a great, innovative and inclusive park. Kids had a blast for hours:)

A Great Day

Happy Birthday Karisa!!! So fun celebrating with you today on our quarantined double date! We ordered Shoten Sushi and P.F. Chang’s for dinner (thanks door dash and grub hub!) We hung out and played card games and then ordered dessert to be delivered from McBees and Crumbl. Mmmm. Emmalee napped and then crawled around and played under the table with wicket. A huge shoutout to Mark and Alicia for offering to take the big kids on a hike to practice survival skills:) They had an absolute blast! Emmalee hung out with nana and papa downstairs for a bit and these pics and video of her and nana make me smile:) 

New Rooms

Caralynn sleeps so well in her loft bed:) She passes out quickly and sleeps soundly and for about 11 hours. She’s loving her new big girl room. Emmalee sleeps so much better in the nursery. It’s nice having our room back. She is such a light sleeper so being alone in her own space is wonderful and she sleeps a solid 12 or more hours. Anderson also loves his new room downstairs. It’s so nice that he gets to have friends over and they can be in his room making noise without worrying about waking the little girls:) And picture of Wicket just because! Makes this mama happy! Life is good! 

Millersburg

We jumped in the car and drove down to Millersburg for 32 hours of fun with the Schrader’s:) Thanks for putting up with our craziness! We had such a blast! Delicious food, minecraft, Horde on Gears, Overcooked, Tools Up, Manbear Pig and laughing till we cried. Lol.

Cousin Besties

Anderson and Christian have gotten very close over this summer. They are practically inseparable and have been on many adventures. They are like brothers.
